AEI is pleased to offer a Trading Partner Agreement for execution. AEI's strategy is to proactively pursue electronic trading relationships through the successful execution of the Trading Partner Agreements and the conversion to HIPAA-compliant transaction software. The Trading Partner Agreement defines the electronic data interchange (EDI) standards and protocols so our computer system can accept, process, and generate HIPAA-compliant data.

The Trading Partner Agreement is now available for downloading and printing. Additional technical documents for HIPAA transactions can be accessed at: http://www.wedi.org The execution of the Trading Partner Agreement and appropriate Exhibits will be the first step before testing begins. Please return the signed Trading Partner Agreement agreement with Exhibit B, and each completed Exhibit A. If you plan on receiving an electronic remittance advice you will also need to complete the 835-Remittance Request Form. Please return the completed documents to:

Electronic Trading Partner Agreements must be complete prior to testing or submitting HIPAA compliant transactions.
